My Story

Business growth begins with the founder.
And I’ve built my career helping founders evolve into who they’re meant to become.

Whenever someone asked me what I wanted to do with my life, I never had the answer. School made me doubt myself, I was constantly reminded of the ways I didn’t fit the mold. But beneath all of that, I had a deep knowing that I was meant for something more, even if I didn’t know what that looked like yet.

That quiet inner conviction led me to entrepreneurship. With a background in hospitality and a Business Management Diploma, I set out to create my own opportunities. I wanted to build something that challenged the standards of how things were done, something that unlocked the potential I could feel but couldn’t yet name.

I launched my second e-commerce company in the wellness industry, and later sold it. Then I built and refined multiple service-based ventures. Along the way, I discovered the part of business that lit me up the most:

I’m a three-time founder with one exit across product and service industries, and after eight years of building, scaling, and evolving businesses from the inside, I’ve learned one thing with absolute clarity:

Growth happens when both the structure of the business and the person leading it are aligned.

I first created this space in 2019 to support my community of founders one-on-one. But through years of personal and professional evolution, everything has become more focused, and more aligned.

Today, I’m channeling all of my experience into my work as a Business Development Consultant and Fractional CDO, helping purpose-driven founders develop the next chapter of growth with clarity, direction, and aligned structure.

My work blends high-level business development with deep founder support, optimizing how the business operates and how the founder leads. Because when those two evolve together, opportunities become inevitable. I’m here to support entrepreneurs step into their creative CEO role, redesign what’s possible, and build businesses that fully reflect their next big vision.

When I’m not supporting other businesses, you can find me spending present time with my family on our 5-acres in the woods, boating on the lake in the summer and snowboarding at our local mountain in the winter. I love going for a walk N talk with a girlfriend or someone new while sipping matcha, experiencing an new energetic modality, or getting overly excited about ideating a new business idea.
