Hi, I'm Cassandra! I was inspired to create these challenges from my own entrepreneurial journey, identifying my process of building, growing, pivoting and refining multiple businesses in the fashion, wellness and consulting industries.
Through sharing my process of internal reflection, self discovery, challenging my limits and structuring my business to support who I am with clients and began to see them create their next evolution.
It's my mission to create accessible business support that helps to create the vessel for you to live the life you know you are meant for.

The C Club presents a new era of networking – sip on a bright and citrusy smoothie while connecting with entrepreneurs and career driven women with big ideas as we walk along the Abbott Street walkway.
Walk N Talk was inspired from my, (Cassandra's) discovered joy of networking. Being a transient to the area I challenged myself to connect with other business owners and creatives in the community, asking them on leisurely walks and a fav drink of choice. I slowly grew my network and wanted to create a space for everyone to connect in a natural, organic way.
We all share the hesitations and fears that come along with traditional networking – At my first networking event I circled the block 5 times and called my husband expressing every excuse in the book to avoid walking in (I ended up going in). It can feel uncomfortable, awkward and cliquey but behind all that there's common interests, fresh perspectives and the connection or inspiration you were unknowingly seeking.
I'm excited to invite you to challenge your hesitations and join us for a casual walk and smoothie cause you're cooler in person!

Location: Meet at Goods Health and Wellness, 3030 Pandosy St.
Date: Thursday, July 25th at 5:00 - 6:30pm
Included: A 16oz Big C smoothie prepared onsite at Goods (if you have any allergies please alert us in the notes section upon purchase)
Be Prepared: Wear comfy shoes, sunscreen, a hat, bring water as we'll be walking for approx 1 hour and have your confirmation of purchase to show the counter to receive your smoothie.
Parking: There's plenty of meter street parking along Pandosy St. (free on weekends and after 6pm) and paid parking in the lot behind the building (enter off of Cedar or Groves Ave)

You will have access to the challenge for 90 days from purchase date.
You will receive a link via email immediately after purchase to the online portal where you can access and download all the content. You will need access to wifi to view all the content. Please use your active email address when purchasing.
The short answer, no this type of process can be applied to businesses in ideation or existing. However, some of the wording and questions are geared towards existing businesses.
Both! All challenges (unless specified) are designed for either product or service based business.
Each challenge is different and requires its own level of time commitment. Please see the above framework for a more accurate assessment.
Yes, utilize your momentum and keep going! The suggested framework is designed to be approachable for busy founders and team members.
Yes, all the videos are hosted online, therefore you'll need wifi to watch the videos.
Instead of your standard business course or online workshop that encourages self-pace often resulting in non-completion or never having opened it, these challenges are designed to build momentum, hold you accountable and encourage strategic action based on Cassandra's proprietary process.
